10th Portuguese Anniversary Open 2015

2015 marks the 10th Anniversary of the Portuguese Open, the most traditional tournament of the World Backgammon Association.

The Portuguese Open is also regarded as the ”sunshine, beach, and family” event with good food and wines and inexpensive lifestyle. Right after the Monte Carlo tournaments, it offers a nice contrast of relaxing ”backgammon holidays” among friends and with family. 

For the 10th Anniversary, there will be a 10% addition to the prize-pool of the main event, as well as a special souvenir for all participants. 

The traditional ”Kids Tournament” at which everyone is a winner will take place, free of charge and various side-events will be offered.

The event will close its doors for the 10th time with a great cocktail and finger-food, followed by a night out in Estoril for the party animals among you.
